Refund Policy

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Lesson Packages

* Lesson packages are sold at a discounted rate and are subject to the agreed booking terms.
* Completed lessons are non-refundable.
* Lessons cancelled by the student at the time of the scheduled lesson, or after the applicable cancellation deadline, will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
* Where an instructor attends a scheduled lesson and the allocated time slot has been reserved for the student, the lesson may be charged in accordance with our booking terms, even if the lesson ends early.
* Requests for refunds for unused lesson hours will be considered individually and are not automatically approved.

We reserve the right to review the circumstances of each request before making a decision. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
