Lesson Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a lesson at short notice disrupts my schedule and can result in lost income, as the time slot may otherwise have been offered to another student.

To ensure fairness and protect reserved lesson time, the following cancellation fees apply:

* More than 24 hours before the lesson: No cancellation fee.
* Less than 24 hours before the lesson: A cancellation fee of £20 per scheduled lesson hour applies.
* At the scheduled lesson time or after the instructor has arrived: The full lesson fee applies, as the time slot has been reserved and it is generally too late to offer it to another student.
* Student arrives late or ends the lesson early: The lesson will still be charged at the agreed rate, as the booked time has been allocated to that student.

Refunds and Prepaid Packages

Cancellation fees will be deducted from any applicable prepaid lesson balance where permitted by the booking terms. Refund requests for unused prepaid lessons are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

By booking a lesson, students acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
